Helping Australian Businesses

Rod O'Donnell - Monday, April 07, 2014

RTO Support are dedicated to helping Australian businesses deal with necessary but often complex RTO compliance, administration and management. We have helped thousands of businesses since our inception as a company, and expect to help out many more in the future. One company we have been involved with recently are Auscomms, a Sydney based Two-Way Radio and UHF CB Radio supplier and distributor. The company has been doing so well in the Sydney market where it began that they have expanded operations and now sell Walkie Talkies throughout the entire country via their online store.

After achieving so much success so early on in the lifespan of the company, the owners of Auscomms have decided it would make sense for them to be able to train their clients in Communications Operations. Many purchasers of two-way radios for professional applications also require training in their proper usage, so it makes sense that the radio communications company offer this as an add on service with large purchases. We have been working closely with the staff at Auscomms, as they prepare to become a registered training organisation qualified to pass on the knowledge of DEF20912 - Certificate II in Communication Operations.

While the process of becoming an RTO can be confusing, the entire Auscomms team have been great to deal with and we just want to wish them all the best with their future endeavours. We will still be guiding them through the process and helping them manage their duties as an RTO once all the training and paperwork has been finalized, but working with their team has been such a pleasant experience that we thought we'd write about it. We expect a bright future for the team of two-way radio and walkie talkie gurus at the up-and-coming firm, and we look forward to helping them achieve their goals.
